If payment is not made within 60 days of the invoice, we may use a collection agency or small claims court to recover the amount if the outstanding amount is less than £3,000. You will also be responsible for any additional fees or court costs.
If a cheque is returned unpaid, a £25 fee will be charged for bank and administration costs. If a second cheque is returned, we may cancel our contract and pay all future payments in cash. All bookings or contracts will be closed immediately until full payment is received.
Cancellation Policy
You must give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel. You can notify us in person, by email, text message, fax, or any other means, but we require written confirmation. We may charge a fee of £30 to cover any administrative costs resulting from cancellation.
Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
Both you (the client) and we have the right to cancel any service agreement at any time, even if the service has already started. If the service is ongoing, no refund will be given. However, if you have paid for any services that have not yet been used, you will receive a refund for those.
